- The first time, gather the big pieces of information presented (what are you trying to achieve here?) and try the movements a few times with your partner.
- Identify where the athlete is lacking connection - what clues in body position or movement lag tell you this?
- Where can you place your hands to 'fill' in this connection?
- What type of spotting is most appropriate for this support?
